Metching is a photochemical etching manufacturer founded in 2005 and based in Dongguan, China. With 20+ years of experience, we make custom metal components from customer drawings, including shims, filters, screens and heat exchanger flow plates.
What material thicknesses can Metching process? Our range is 0.05–2.5 mm, including shims. Maximum size is 690 × 1400 mm below 0.2 mm thickness and 690 × 2100 mm at 0.5 mm thickness. Other thicknesses require review. Heat exchanger plates are limited to 690 × 1400 mm.

How are tolerances agreed? We evaluate material thickness, drawings and processing requirements for each project. We do not promise one fixed tolerance for every component. Mark critical dimensions, flatness and inspection methods on your drawing so that acceptance requirements can be reviewed before production.
